Program Description
Using a variety of techniques and tips, Gifted Coordinators will work with your staff in a hands-on, interactive manner to help develop and refine differentiated approaches to education. While differentiation is thought of as a gifted service, it is something that applies to all aspects of the classroom. It will be presented as a way to better support the regular classroom by giving tools to serve ALL the students within that room. This is a highly customizable program.

Objectives
As a result of this session, participants will:-gain additional knowledge of pre and post assessment activities-receive tools to help begin differentiating within the classroom-develop a classroom plan to develop dynamic groups or activities based on the assessments of the classroom-understand and allow for different demonstrations of knowledge from your gifted identified students

This professional development session is available at your request. Please note: we are also full time service support staff for our local school districts, so our professional development is also delivered to those districts. The beginning of our school year, the 3 and 4 week in August, are not times that are available for CILC programming at this time. We will do our best to fit our schedule to yours, however!
