Participants will begin by looking at a definition of homework and learning about homework from a historical perspective. We will then spend time discussing the purpose and nature of homework as it currently exists, as well as ask questions about possible changes. We will then take a look at current research that is out on the subject. We will have a very interactive discussion about grading.
