RTI: Response To Intervention
What does RTI look like in practice? What does RTI look like in your school? This session will provide a vision of what RTI might look like in practice and how educators can use this approach in schools. Using the three tiers of intervention, general education teachers and intervention specialist can use research-based strategies to effectively individualize instruction, monitor individual student progress and implement strategies to meet specific needs of students. This session emphasizes a problem solving approach in which data is an integral part in making decisions. Participants will examine a framework that will assist in effectively teaching all children.
