Mashups 2/26/08

Mashups - 2/26/08 (Registration deadline 2/12/08)
Mashups are web applications that combine multiple Internet sources to create a one-stop experience. Noggin.com has a mashup that allows kids so create new stories by piecing together parts of old cartoons. Google Maps allows users to create trails that include pictures, links, movies and audio from other sources in one location. These are just two examples of the fun and innovative opportunities that Web 2.0 presents. This course will provide an overview for building and using mashups with students.

Current IVDL offerings from ITSCO. All sessions are $50 per site for ITSCO ATS Members and $100 per site for Non-Members. Sessions run from 1:30-2:30 or 3:30-4:30 on the dates listed.
