In this session presented by Think TV PBS, educators will learn about the quality, free resources available from PBS, including PBS Teachers, Teacher's Domain, and Ohio PBS member-station content on Ohio iTunes U. Elementary through High School teachers will learn how to access, organize and integrate these technology resources, which include video and multi-media learning modules, teacher guides, lesson plans, and activities across the content areas. Teachers will also learn best practices for using media in the classroom.

FREE Photographs as Primary Sources: Soil Conservation Service

Join the National Archives at Fort Worth for a professional development program exploring the use of photographs as primary sources. This program highlights photographs of the Soil Conservation Service from the 1930s to 1970s. Teachers will view and discuss images that will enhance students’ critical thinking skills about environmental science and American history.
